In the event that the director is not present to receive the vehicle himself

1. Power of Attorney, stating : 1. Authorization to sign the car rental contract. 2. Authorization to receive and use the car.

Terms and Conditions for Self-Drive Car Rental

1. Fuel Policy

All rental cars are delivered with a full tank. Renters must return the vehicle with a full tank as well.

• If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, renters may refill the tank before returning.

• If refilling is not possible, the company will charge a 321 THB service fee plus the actual fuel cost.

2. Business Hours (08:00–20:00)

Receiving or returning the car outside business hours will incur an additional charge of 535 THB per hour.

3. Car Insurance

All rental vehicles include basic 3rd-class insurance. The renter’s responsibilities are:

1. If the rental car is damaged due to an accident, the renter must pay the rental fees at the standard daily rate from the return date until the vehicle is fully repaired.

2. You can purchase additional insurance to reduce this risk. There are 2 types to choose from : SCDW or Full Protection

   • SCDW insurance starts at 214 baht per day, covering external collisions, excluding tires, glass, interior and theft.

   • Full Protection starts at 321 baht, covers exterior and interior collisions and theft.

4. Deposit Refund

Deposits are refunded within 24 hours after the car is returned, via bank transfer. In the case of a credit card limit, it will take 15-30 days to unlock.

5. Smoking Fine

Smoking inside the rental car results in a 3,210 THB fine.

6. Pet Policy

Bringing pets inside the vehicle incurs a 1,070 THB cleaning fee.

7. Forgotten Key Inside the Car

A 3,210 THB fine applies plus staff travel expenses (depending on distance).

8. Lost Car Key

Replacement fees start from 10,700 THB, depending on the car model.

9. Damaged cushion

Torn or damaged cushions are subject to a fine of 3,210 baht per cushion.

10. Cross-Border Restrictions

Renters are not allowed to take the vehicle outside Thailand.

11. Prohibited Activity

Cars must not be pawned or used for illegal purposes.

Conditions for Renting a Car with a Driver

1. Service Hours

Driver services operate for 10 hours per day.

2. Overtime Charges

Exceeding service hours incurs an OT charge of 321-856 THB per hour.

3. Costs Not Included

Van rental with a driver does not include fuel, expressway fees, or parking fees.
Customers pay these actual costs directly.

4. Afternoon Start Time

If service begins in the afternoon, the final service time is 21:00. Exceeding this time incurs an additional 321 THB/hour charge.

5. Morning Start Time

The earliest service start is 07:00. Starting earlier incurs an additional 321 THB/hour charge.

6. Overnight Stays

For out-of-province trips requiring an overnight stay, an additional 1,070 THB per night is charged.
Drivers must finish work by 21:00 to ensure proper rest.

7. Speed Limit

Drivers must not exceed 120 km/hour.

8. Driver Meals & Accommodation

Renters do not need to pay for the driver’s food or accommodation.

9. No Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all rental vehicles.

10. Alcohol & Drugs

Consuming alcohol or drugs inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

11. Illegal Items

No illegal goods are allowed in the vehicle.

12. Restricted Areas
