- Important conditions for monthly car rental

• If the car is not returned on time, there will be an hourly fee of 535-1,070 baht per hour. If the return is more than 5 hours late, the fee will be calculated as 1 day.
• In the case of extending the car rental (increasing the number of days specified in the contract), please inform 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.
• Fuel : Receive the car with a full tank of fuel. Return the car with a full tank of fuel. When returning the car and not refueling the car, if there is time left, the customer can bring the car to refuel. However, if it is inconvenient, the company will charge a fee of 321 baht, plus the actual fuel fee.
• Car insurance: Cars come with first-class insurance that comes with the car, excluding opportunity costs. If you purchase additional SCDW insurance, if there is an accident, you will receive the deposit back as normal. SCDW special insurance starts at a monthly rate of 10,700-21,400 baht/month. It is an option that can be purchased additionally.
• Smoking in the car, fine 3,210 baht.
• Bringing pets in the car, fine 1,070 baht.
• Forgotting the keys in the car, fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses based on distance.
