Security Deposit Refund Policy

• Bank Transfers: For deposits paid via bank transfer, the refund will be processed within 24 hours after the vehicle is returned, sent directly to the renter's bank account.

• Credit Card Pre-authorization: For deposits made via credit card "hold" (pre-authorization), the amount will be automatically released within 15–30 days, depending on your credit card provider's policy.

Conditions for luxury car rental

1. Rent a car for a minimum of 1 day. Counting the days of renting a car for 1 day can be rented for 24 hours.
