• Company registration certificate (issued within the last 3 months)

If the company director will not be the driver, additional documents are required:

• Power of attorney

• Authorized driver’s national ID card

Daily van rental conditions, self-drive van rental
- Minimum 1 day van rental. Counting 1 day of car rental, you can rent for 24 hours, for example, pick up the car on June 1st at 10:00 a.m. and return the car on June 2nd at 10:00 a.m., it is considered a 1-day car rental. If you return the car late, there will be an hourly fee of 1,070 baht per hour. If you return the car later than 5 hours, it will be charged for 1 day.
- In case of extending the car rental (adding more days than specified in the contract), please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.
- In case of requesting a replacement car during use, the replacement car fee is 3,210 baht/time.
- Fuel: Receive the car with a full tank of fuel, return the car with a full tank of fuel. When returning the car and not refueling the car, if there is time left, the customer can take the car to refuel. However, if it is inconvenient, the company will charge a fee of 321 baht, plus the actual fuel fee at the place of filling.
- Car insurance: The car has insurance class 1. What comes with the car, excluding opportunity cost. If you purchase additional special insurance, SCDW, if there is an accident, you will get the full deposit back. SCDW is an option that you can choose to buy more.
- The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after returning the car. It will be transferred to the renter's account.
- Smoking in the car, causing the car to smell, fine 3,210 baht.
- Bringing pets in the car, fine 1,070 baht.
- Forgetting the keys in the car, fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to the distance.
- Lost the keys, initial fine 21,400 baht.
- Do not take the car out of Thailand.
