How to prepare if you want to rent BYD Dolphin electric car ?

Important conditions for renting EV with us

Electric car rental to drive yourself

1. The company will charge the car fully from the office. When returning the car, charge more than 85% of the electricity. If it is not enough, there will be a charging fee of 321 baht and the actual charging fee.

2. Renting an EV car must be rented for at least 1 day, counted as 24 hours. For example, pick up the car today at 11:00 a.m., return the car tomorrow at 11:00 a.m., which is considered 1 day.

3. In case you want to rent a car from the original rental contract, please notify at least 6 hours in advance so that the team can check the car queue and summarize the rental fee.

4. The insurance that comes with the car is Type 3. The renter can purchase additional special insurance. The starting price is 535 baht/day. (in case the car has additional scratches, the deductible will not be deducted)

5. In the case of an accident or the rented car is unusable due to the renter's use, if a replacement car is needed, there will be an additional replacement car service fee of 3,210 baht/time.

6. Renting for use should take into account the distance that the electric car can travel. If the car battery is dead, the renter must pay the actual cost of the slide car.

7. Late return of the car from the appointed time will be charged 535 baht per hour. Over 5 hours will be charged as 1 day rental.

8. The car smells of cigarettes or food. There is a fine of 3,210 baht.

9. Lost key. The starting fine is 10,700 baht.

10. The car has animal hair. Bringing pets in the car. There is a fine of 3,210 baht.

Electric car rental with a driver

1. The driver will provide service for 10 hours/day. If more than that, there will be an OT charge of 321 baht/hour.

2. The price of renting a car with a driver does not include electricity, expressway fees, and parking fees. Pay the driver at the actual location.

3. If there is an overnight stay, there is a charge of 1,070 baht/night.

4. For long-distance travel, the driver may have to stop or charge the battery along the way.

5. Do not smoke or use drugs in the car.

6. Do not bring pets or strong-smelling food on the car.
