How to rent a car with us, what documents are required?
 

• When renting a car with us, the first thing you need to do is submit the renter's documents. Let's take a look at what documents are included.

Car rental documents in personal name

• Citizen ID card
• Driver's license
• Credit card
• In case of traveling by plane, request additional round-trip tickets

Car rental documents in the name of the company / business

• Company or business certificate, not more than 3 months old
• Value added tax registration (Por Bor 20)
• ID card and driver's license of the authorized person
• Power of attorney (in case the director is not there to receive the car himself) stating the authorization message as follows: 1. To sign the car rental contract 2. To receive and use the car
• ID card and driver's license of the authorized person

Guidelines for renting a 7-seat car with Exclusive Car Rental

Self-drive car rental

1. Rent a car for at least 1 day, counted as 24 hours.

2. Returning the car later than the specified time will incur a fine of 535 baht/hour. Over 5 hours will be counted as another day.

3. Rental cars can only be used in Thailand.

4. Do not smoke or bring illegal items into the car. The starting fine is 3,210 baht.

5. The insurance that comes with the car is 3rd class. You can buy additional insurance with 2 types to choose from.

- SCDW 535 baht per day, covering the entire exterior of the rental car, except for the glass and tires. 

- Full Protection 749 baht per day, covering the entire exterior and interior of the rental car, glass, tires, including theft.

6. Do not bring pets or strong-smelling food into the car. Fines start at 1,070 baht

7. Forgot the key in the car, fine 3,210 baht + actual employee travel expenses

8. Lost the key, key making fee starts at 10,700 baht

9. Do not bring illegal items into the car or rent for improper purposes

Rent a car with a driver

1. Do not bring drugs or illegal items into the car.

2. The driver provides service for 10 hours/day.

3. If more than that, there is an overtime charge of 321 baht/hour.

4. If there is an overnight stay, there will be an overnight charge of 1,070 baht/night. The driver will find his/her own accommodation.

5. The driver will drive at the speed specified by law only.

6. The rental price does not include fuel, expressway, and parking fees. The renter will pay the driver directly before the end of the job.

7. Smoking is prohibited in the car.

8. Do not carry more passengers than the number of seats in the rental car.

9. If traveling a long distance, the driver may have to stop and rest every 1-2 hours.
