3.The minimum rental period is 1 day. Rental renewals must be requested in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.
4.Child seats are available upon request and confirmation at the rental location.
5.Late Return: An additional fee will be charged for returning the vehicle after the specified time as specified in the contract. Returns made more than 4 hours later will incur an additional day's charge.
6.The rental car can be driven without a mileage limit.
7.One-way rentals are available between asap branches within Thailand for an additional fee. However, inter-branch returns are not permitted from December 1st to January 8th and April 1st to April 16th.
8.One additional driver may be added free of charge.
9.All rental cars are delivered with a full tank of fuel. Fuel charges will be charged if these conditions are not met.
10No refunds are available for early returns under any circumstances.

a) Special coverage (purchased upon car pickup): A deductible of 0 (zero) baht in the event of damage to the vehicle or the absence of a third party, resulting from an accident.
b) In the event of loss or theft: A deductible of 30,000 baht.
c) Theft insurance (purchased upon car pickup): In the event of theft, the insurance will cover the renter with a deductible of 0 (zero) baht, or for loss or damage to the company vehicle due to attempted theft. or vandalism, including car parts and accessories, if the car is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental contract.
d) If the renter does not purchase theft insurance coverage at the time of car pickup, if the loss mentioned in section d) occurs, the renter is responsible for 30,000 baht in damages.
• All Hertz Thailand cars are rented with a full tank of gas. The renter must return the car with a full tank of gas; otherwise, a fuel surcharge will be added to the rental cost.
• If the renter returns the car before the scheduled rental period, Hertz Thailand reserves the right to no refund.
• The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Hertz Thailand allows a maximum of 59 minutes of overtime. An additional hourly charge of one-quarter (1/4) of the rental rate at the pickup location per day will be applied.
