Terms & Conditions for Mercedes-Benz Rental with Chauffeur

Rental rates do not include fuel, toll fees, parking fees, or any other travel-related expenses.
Service hours: Maximum of 10 hours per day (earliest start at 7:00 AM, latest end at 9:00 PM).
Overtime charge: 856 THB per hour.
For out-of-town trips, if accommodation is not provided for the chauffeur, an additional 1,070 THB per night will be charged for the driver's lodging.
Passenger limit: Up to 4 passengers only.
In the event of a cancellation after a deposit has been made, the deposit is non-refundable. However, the rental date can be rescheduled once without extra charge.
If the customer cancels or shortens the rental duration during the service period, the company reserves the right to charge the full rental amount as agreed in the quotation.

Terms & Conditions for Toyota Alphard Rental with Chauffeur

Chauffeur service is available for 10 hours per day.
Overtime charge: 856 THB per hour beyond the standard service time.
Rental price excludes fuel, expressway tolls, and parking fees. These expenses are the customer's responsibility and will be paid as incurred.
For overnight out-of-town trips, an additional 1,070 THB per night will be charged for chauffeur accommodation.
For long-distance trips, the chauffeur may take a short break every 2 hours to rest.
Meals and accommodation for the driver are not required to be provided by the customer.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
Alcohol consumption and illegal drug use are not allowed in the vehicle.
It is forbidden to carry illegal or prohibited items in the vehicle.
Travel to dangerous areas is not permitted, including flood zones, landslide areas, wildfire zones, or protest zones.
The chauffeur will drive within the legal speed limits at all times.
