To cancel or change a booking:

Cancellation case 72 before you pick up a luxury car, you will receive a full refund of the luxury car rental fee, but the payment fee will be deducted through the payment gateway of 5% of the amount paid.

- In case of cancellation less than 12 hours prior to the pickup time, you will receive a rental fee of 50% of the amount paid.

- The refund will be completed within 24 hours after being notified, which will be transferred back to the customer's account number.
