What are the documents and procedures for long-term car rental ?

*In the case that the authorized signatory director does not come to pick up the car himself, a power of attorney will be required* with important information in granting the power of attorney as follows :

           1. Make a car rental contract.

           2. To take delivery of the car and use the car.

4. Identification card and the driver's license of the authorized person

Yearly car rental steps

1. Select car model you want

2. Send purchase order

3. Pay the reservation fee (Price may vary according to the car model you want to rent)

4. Wait for the vehicle approximately 60 days after the purchase order date

5. Attach tenant documents

Long-term car rental What are the conditions ?
 

1. Rent a car for a minimum of 1 day. Counting the days of renting a car for 1 day can be rented for 24 hours. For example, picking up the car on June 1 at 10:00 a.m. and returning the car on June 2 at 10:00 a.m. is considered to be renting a car for 1 day if returning the car. Not on time There will be an hourly fine of 535 baht per hour if the return is 5 hours or more late. The price will be calculated for 1 day.

2. In the case of continuing to rent a car (Increase the number of days from the contract) Please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental immediately.

3. Gasoline or electricity Get a full gas or electric car. Return the car to full gas or electric. When returning the car and not adding gas or electricity back If there is time left, customers can bring their cars to fill up. But if it is not convenient, the company will charge a service fee of 321 baht, including the actual cost of gas or electricity.

4. Business hours 08.00-20.00 hrs.

5. Car insurance has first class insurance that comes with the car. It does not include opportunity costs. If you purchase additional SCDW special insurance, in the event of a crash, you will receive the deposit back as usual. Special insurance SCDW = 535 baht/day 10,700 baht/month is an option, can choose to purchase more.

6. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after returning the vehicle. It will be transferred to the renter's account.

7. Smoking in the car: fine 3,210 baht.

8. Bringing pets into the car will result in a fine of 1,070 baht.

9. Forget the keys in the car. Fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to distance.

10. Lost keys: initial fine 10,700 baht.

11. In the case of requesting a replacement vehicle during use the cost of the replacement car is 3,210 baht/time.

12. Do not take cars out of Thailand.

13. Do not rent a car to pawn.

2. Compulsory insurance and car tax renewal service
For those who rent a car for the year or long term, the company will take care of the renewal of the compulsory insurance (compulsory insurance), car tax renewal, and insurance renewal automatically throughout the rental period. This saves time and costs that the renter is responsible for.

3. Replacement car service
In the event of an accident or technical problem that makes the car unusable, the company provides a replacement car service to the renter within 48 hours. The renter can choose a replacement car that is close to their rental car. This will prevent the renter from having to stop their daily life.

4. Inspection and maintenance of usage
The company will inspect and track the status of the car throughout the rental period. There will be a service to notify the renter of the car for maintenance and check various details in advance to ensure that the car will remain in good condition throughout the time of use.

5. Car upgrade
If the renter wants to upgrade or change the car model during the rental period, it can be done easily (depending on the rental conditions), allowing the renter to drive a new car model according to the changing trends and needs.
