• The minimum car rental starts at 1 day and is counted as 24 hours.
• The electricity will be fully charged at the office. When returning the car, the electricity must be charged to 85% or more. If it is not enough, the actual electricity charge will be charged + a service fee of 321 baht.
• The insurance that comes with the car is 3rd class. It does not cover additional damages. The deductible is 10,700 baht.
• You can buy additional special insurance. 1. SCDW starts at 535 baht/day (covers the whole car, except tires and glass) 2. Full Protection starts at 749 baht/day (covers the whole car, including theft)
• In the event that the car battery is dead, the renter must pay for the towing car and all other service fees.
• In case of late return of the car, there is a fine of 535 baht per hour. Over 5 hours, it will be charged as another day's rental fee.
• If the rented car smells of cigarettes, there is a fine of 3,210 baht.
• Bringing pets in the car, there is a fine of 1,070 baht.
• Forgot the key in the car, there is a fine of 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to the distance.
• Lost the key, there is an initial fine of 21,400 baht.
• In case of requesting a replacement car during use, the replacement car fee is 3,210 baht/time.
