Documents required for foreign nationals :

• Passport
• International or domestic driving license
• Credit card
• Round-trip flight tickets (PDF format is acceptable)

Documents for Organizations/Legal Entities :

• Paspport of the authorized signatory director
• Company registration certificate (not older than 3 months) (certified signature + company seal)
• VAT registration certificate (Form 20) (certified signature + company seal)
• Power of attorney (if the director is not picking up the vehicle in person), stating:
• Authorizing the director to receive and use the vehicle
• Authorizing the director to sign the vehicle rental agreement
• Copies of the Passport and driver's license of the authorized representative

Electric Vehicle Self-Drive Rental Terms and Conditions :

• Minimum rental period: 1 day (24 hours).
• At least 85% of the vehicle's charge must be received upon return.
• If the charge is less than 85% upon return, an actual charging fee will apply + a service fee of 535 THB.
• Late return: A penalty of 321 THB/hour will be charged.
• Over 5 hours: An additional day's charge will be added.
• Vehicles must not be taken out of Thailand.
• Smoking and transporting illegal items are prohibited.
• Fines start at 3,210 THB.
• To extend the rental contract, please notify us 1-2 days in advance.
• All vehicles are insured under Class 3 insurance (excluding loss of opportunity during repairs). Without insurance, an additional deductible of 21,400 THB will be charged.
• Additional SCDW insurance can be purchased:
• Daily rate: 321 THB/day
• Monthly rate: 5,350 THB/month
• Upon purchase, the deposit will be fully refunded in case of an accident.
• Replacement vehicle in case of repairs: Service fee 3,210 THB/ครั้ง (subject to change).
• Pets and strong-smelling food are not allowed in the vehicle. Fine starts at 1,070 THB.
• Keys locked inside the car: Service fee 3,210 THB + actual travel expenses.
• Lost keys: New key replacement starts at 10,700 THB.

Terms and Conditions for Electric Vehicle Rental with Driver

• Driver provides service for 10 hours per day.
• Overtime (OT) is charged at 321 THB/hour.
• Early start time: 7:00 AM / Lateest start time: 9:00 PM
• Additional overtime charges apply for hours outside these hours.
• Excludes charging fees, toll fees, and parking fees (paid separately).
• Overnight stays are available for 1,070 THB/night (driver arranges accommodation).
• Smoking and bringing illegal items onto the vehicle are prohibited.
• Bringing food or strong-smelling items is prohibited.
• For long journeys, the driver may request a break every 2 hours for safety reasons.
• Drivers must adhere to legal speed limits for maximum safety.
• Rental vehicles are the renter's responsibility to determine the appropriate driving range for their own benefit. The driver must immediately recharge the vehicle at the nearest charging station when the battery is low.
